Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for our 5-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • Valid proof of purchase required
  • Must be the original owner
  • Product must have been used under normal conditions
  • Claim must be submitted between 2025–2030

Qualifying Defects

Our warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

  • Hardware issues (zippers, clasps, chains)
  • Material defects
  • Stitching problems
  • Structural damage
  • Color or finish issues

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from accidents, spills, or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items

How to File a Claim

  4. If approved, a $69 fee (covers shipping & handling) is required for replacement
