Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for our 5-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- Valid proof of purchase required
- Must be the original owner
- Product must have been used under normal conditions
- Claim must be submitted between 2025–2030
Qualifying Defects
Our warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:
- Hardware issues (zippers, clasps, chains)
- Material defects
- Stitching problems
- Structural damage
- Color or finish issues
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, spills, or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen items
How to File a Claim

- If approved, a $69 fee (covers shipping & handling) is required for replacement
